If your mat develops an issue such as tearing, splitting, or warping under normal use, email us at support@innerslant.com with your order details and a few photos. If it’s covered, we’ll replace it or refund you, quick and easy. No hoops, no hassle.

Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs, discoloration over time, damage from sharp objects or extreme heat, stains from dyes or harsh chemicals, or damage from not following our care instructions.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, but we’re always here to help with any questions, even after your warranty ends.
